I am EXTREMELY frustrated and saddened by the total lack of proper usage from your online 'easy' CIPC registration process/system. I have wasted the better part of a week, with time I don't have freely available - hence doing 'easy' online 'quick' registration - to register a company through FNB. I have been transferred between people, received WRONG information by your in-informed teams (yes plural), and spent HOURS being transferred and put on hold. Ironically also, being a online system, upon running into initial issues I had to wait for business hours to follow up, which negates making the procedure only for anytime access, when in fact when running into issues there is no answer provided to you for what the actual problem is, and only wasting your time on call centers will allow you to come to the eventuality that it's been a waste of time. There is also a total lack of contact numbers for the exact department of whom to deal with on this, then when eventually getting through to the correct department, could they not answer my query... In the end, I can't write too much due to the character limitation: Justin from CIPC could tell me I can't register the company. WASTE OF TIME!
