Can the entire CIPC be shut down? The online system, can never complete a transaction first time around. They have removed the [Email Removed] service which wasn't helpful ad well. They have not provided new contact details.
I called the call center where the annoying recorded woman went on and on and I never got to speak to a consultant. It is a waste of time. Do shut down the system if you have failed at it or fire your IT, just do something and fix this immediately.
The queues at the head office are disgusting, who is your service manager, fire them and well, clearly they are failing at managing this.
I just need to amend my details, how difficult can that be, its not rocket science.
