On 18 June I reported of my Samsung Tablet to the Gugulethu SAPS, in Cape Town. I provided all the required information, even supplied the details of the cupltrit. The same evening I received an SMS with the case number, and was allocated an investigator, Captain V Lutchman. The following day, on the 19 June, I received another SMS with another investigator's details Constable JE Rickett. To date, no arrest has been made, no feedback has been provided regarding the case. Everytime I call Cons Rickett I am sent from pillar to post; and he never returns any of my calls. What is service delivery?
