My house was broken into a while back and a lot of things. In the past two weeks i have been trying to get assistance from City Power with getting a circuit running again so i can have power running in my home, but they have FAILED me REPEATEDLY.I have been calling their call centre and i am made to hold like a fool! When i do get through to someone, they are clueless as to what they are doing. I have been given over 8 numbers, 3 being from City Power JHB where the individuals i spoke to are USELESS.The 0114907000 doesn't even go through, 0113755555 you are put on hold FOREVER, as for the Civic Centre numbers the people working there are plain RUDE, HAVE DISGUSTING ATTITUDES, OBNOXIOUS AND INCOMPETENT.All i require is for a technician to come out to my home, find the problem and fix it! WHY SHOULD I STRUGGLE to get help. I've even had to vacate my premises as i have children and we cannot live in a house with no electricity. I have wasted time, energy and airtime calling FOR NOTHING! If anything i am disgusted, frustrated and fed up with City Power. A lot of people need jobs, if the staff feels they don't want to help i suggest they stay home because this is ridiculous! I hope this gets sorte
