It is Sad and disturbing that we still have people in Nedbank that have undermining tendencies and treat black people as. What happened to innocent till proven guilty.

I was and still is a victim of, which is making my life a living. Because of Nedbank incompetent investigators, I now can even open a simple Savings account at another bank. I have since opened a case against the people that got me into this mess and have been trying to get hold of the Investigating officer, which I managed to speak to on Thursday on this no. 011 556 1227. The investigator was Rude and condescending. I advised him that I'm at the police station opening a case, gave him my mobile no to call me back. I have not received any call back from the said investigator and now I can't get through to the aforementioned number.

What is more frustrating is, the said investigator phoned me last year and instead of resolving and or investigating the matter, the investigator made his own conclusion based on one question he asked me and when I asked him to proof it, he became schmuck and condescending. All I want now is for Nedbank to call me (a new Investigator) to resolve this
