We had house breaking at home in Gugulethu on Tuesday 05/07/2013.I then went to report the case at the police station in Guguletu. At first the service was bad I was attended by Constable Mfunguza, A very arrogant and self-centred young man. Who does not follow professionalism and protocol. As a citizen I felt undermined. I went there for rescuer but what I received was bad service.
I then asked for the person in-charge one of the police who was also annoyed by me pointed to a gentleman who was not even his name tag. When I asked him whether he was in charge he said no but is willing to assist. When I eventually managed to get the person in charge (MR Smith). I laid down my cry to him about his subordinate. His treatment toward me and all. When he Constable Mfungase asked to apologise he refused claiming that he did not do a crime by not assisting but in all I have managed to sort that out with Captain Smith who was in charged that evening.
2 the case is with the investigators who are supposed to contact me before the end of 24 hour until today I have not receive any visit from him (WO.GL Stephenus) I called his office three days consecutively and leaving messages but to
