PEC Metering has still not activated my electricity even after the emergency fee of R513 was paid. Proof of payment was sent through to them and they confirmed that the electricity would be activated today, but they have still not done anything. They did not call to advise if there was a problem.
I called the emergency number this evening, and the guy who answered could not even do anything. He said he had to make calls to other staff members to fix the problem. What is the point of an emergency number if they cannot help.
This is completely unacceptable.
