BAD service from Triple M Metering Centurion SA

Saturday 25 January 2014 around 7oClock all of the electricity went off in Leeuwenhof Estate, The Village. Triple M Metering supplies electricity to the Leeuwenhof Estate. From early Saturday morning until end day myself, many other residents and the Leeuwenhof Estate Office was unable to get hold of anyone on the Triple-M Metering team. None of their numbers, on non of their emails... no response for the whole day.
It is now Sunday 26 January 2014 and as yet no-one of Triple-M Metering has made contact or addressed the electricity problem.
Its more than a fixing the problem situation, Its basic communication. If we know the situation we can act and plan accordingly. Especially so that people with small children, sick and elderly can make arrangements to better care, people with full fridges melting down can take action etc etc...
In the end when their is a problem and the service supplier of such a core service is nowhere to be found going on two days it equals not only pathetic service but also risky and malicious service.
