City Of Johannesburg Municipality
Refund of Account

I have sold my building in April 2011 and till today i have not received my refund of close to R100000. i have called them and been to branch everyday since april 2011 and still they have no feedback on whats going on. they give you numbers to call that nobody answers as well as a million forms to fill out that nobody can find once you go back to them and it just goes to show how useless these people are who work in these municipality offices. its really frustrating and even though i know i will not get any feed back from the municipality it feels good to vent and to let others know what is going on in this country.
