The municipality paid the maintenance money on a wrong account and was refunded by the bank as the account was closed. When enquiring for payment i was told that there was no refund received while fnb said they refunded the money to the municipality. I find this unappealing as this can be viewed as dishonesty from the municipality side. I have queried that they also contact the bank but non of that was taken seriously. If we can't trust the gov. to pay our children's maintenance money received from their parents whom can we trust. This is totally unacceptable from someone who pays the tax money everyday for people to do their jobs right. I demand assistance on this issue!!
