Social Development said they'll provide computers for the NPO's and all they gave us was a bunch of useless computer systems without cables. And they're not even working, it seems like all the systems were kept in the store room. Whereas they're using laptops and flat screens within their offices. What are supposed supposed to do with this rubbish we have now
