I've never been so disgusted about the appalling service that cell c has rendered to me. My name is Kapei Mthenjane, I have 2 contract phones with cell c, on the 17/10/13 I called Cell c to update my banking details, spoke to Nosipho Dladla, a month later i call Cell c spoke to Cindy Mbokazi who told me that am in arrears for 2 months. Today a Tebogo Morolong calls telling that i liable to pay. Am so disgusted by the customer service i got from Cell c and my profile might be damage or listed because of their in- competent call center agents. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CELL C TO ANYONE, THE SERVICE IS POOR, THE AGENT ARE IN-COMPETENT AND RUDE
