My brother's Matric statement of results came back with a wrong id number but his names and surname is correct. When we phone the department of education in Empangeni no one is willing to assist us as I was advice to go to them. Now my brother can be accepted in tertiary because of the Dep of Education's mess up and incompetence. How on earth do we sort this mess out as a matter of urgency so that my brother's future is not on a stand still here for other people's incompetence. Please help urgently
