I have been on the line for over an Hour, to get hold of any representative at the SARS Call centre.
Is this a joke, seriously why cant they be like Telkom and phone the user back.
When will this country perform one???
The person below me waited 20 minutes, he was lucky I am still on the phone and it is now an HOUR later?
