I'm not even sure why I'm writing this, I doubt that anyone at the city of Joburg cares enough to read it but I called in today to follow up on my outstanding call only to be told for the 3rd time that I had to log a different call. This has been outstanding for 3 years, honestly, since 2010. City of Joburg owes me money but because the haven't reconciled the accounts they say that I owe them money and I have had the extreme displeasure of dealing with VVM attorneys regarding an account, where I am owed money! I have been to Randburg municpal offices many times (not once have their systems been online). We have been to Jorrison street several times. I phone the call centre at least monthly. I still canot get this account resolved :-( So in 3 months time in August I will celebrate the 3rd anniversary of this outstanding query and sadly do not expect it to have been resolved or City of Joburg to start taking notice. Sigh!
