Hi There,
I have visited Joburg City Offices severals times as per request numbers below without getting any assistance and also sent an email to Parks Tau for help. The calls were logged for my compalints as per below reference numbers. Everytime when i visited their offices a call will be logged without the previous one resolved and being for the same problem, Please see trail of emails as proof. I went there personal to complain, calling and even sending emails.

Please assist as i can't get a help from anyone from 2011 at Joburg Offices (Braamfontein & Randburg). Last month i received a letter that they are going terminate services at my place whereas the problems as per all the reference numbers above not resolved and i have continued paying the account.
PLEASE ASSIST URGENTLY.
