Huge Billing account

Hi

I have a huge amount that has been billed in my account. I am subscribed to my 3Gig for R169 per month but during these past two months I have been billed R1080 for 31/10/13 and this month I was billed R1029.

Can you please explain to me why am I billed so much.

Please note: I have logged a call I was given a reference number: 1295230, if this issue has not be resolved within 7 working days I will cancel my 2yr contract with mweb.

I hope this matter will treated as matter of urgency
