A valve in the fresh water supply line opposite our premises has been leaking since 2011. I have personally reported this to the JHB complaints department and received Ref No. every time it is reported.
When I follow up the complaint has been closed but the leaking valve has not been repaired to date,
This leaking valve is costing JHB water money every day and they most likely has paid a contractor to repair the leak while it has not been done.
Extremely poor service from a company claiming to be world leaders!!
