1. On the 19th of May 2013, I lodged a complaint about water leak from the valve outside the house. CCT Service Request: 1004987123 has been SMS to me as logged in: Reference: 4987123. A company called JJ Lawrence was assigned for this job.
2. Apparently, OUTsurance sent Cobra to my house to fix the leaking valve. The valve was leaking two days and caused damage to the paving in the walkway outside my house. They changed the leaking valve but we were left with very low water pressure inside the house until to date. This incident was not resolved to my satisfaction. It is very difficult for the family to wash in the mornings because of the time taken to fill water into the bath. Another challenge, is when we are using the washing machine. He said, it's normal for the water pressuse to be low, it changes according to road works or situation in the area.
