Traffic Department in Milnerton is SHOCKING!!! I stood outside in the queue at 7.30am on Saturday morning to get my card licence renewed thinking that if I got there early I could get out early - boy was I wrong! The queues were unbelievable. I was in the queue to get my eyes tested for nearly 2 hours and then another hour and a half to pay. The queue for paying and booking learners etc is the same and there were only 2 counters open... For all that... On a Saturday... At month end!!! I managed to get out of there at about 11am. I am hoping that the queue won't be the same when I have to go and collect the card.
