I went to home affairs in JHB CBD on 27 February 2013 to change my kids surnames and i have since never received any feedback, i paid R70 per child (x2) and i called the 0800 60 11 90 number today to enquire when can i collect the new certificates and i get told that there is nothing on the system, 3 months down the line and i get told there is nothing on the system? I refuse to wait another 3 months before it is done. Why should us honest citizens bear the brunt of the corruption?
