I would like to thank you for the fantastic service and assistance in getting my "noise pollution" problem resolved. Not only did you finally get my neighbour to remove the "alarm clock" rooster, but you have constantly followed up with me to check that this has indeed been sorted out. We have become so accustomed to shabby service from civil servants and staff at government institutions that it is really refreshing to deal with someone as professional and dedicated as yourself. I trust that the management of the Metro recognise you as a valuable asset and employee!
