I have been struggeling for the past 2 months with Mr Gerald Passe of the Sol Plaatje Municipality in Kimberley, My vechile is damaged due to potholes in Barclay road due to water filled pot holes in this dark road. I have been give 8 contact number and been sending emails to 2 different email adress with no reply or the person in cahrge is not in the office or is off sick and no one can assist. I cannot collect any claim forms from the cause im from jhb and not staying in Kimberley as explained to Thabiso Raseobi, he sent my info to Gerald Passe but have not received any response from him. is there anyone at the Storm water and Road Agency at Sol Plaatje that can assist.
