After reading all the complaints put against Innovations group I am not surprised and only wish I had read them before I paid for this extended plan. Make sure you get the booklet when you buy this warrantee and you understand exactly what Innovation will pay for. When I was sold this extended warrantee, NO one told me what would NOT BE COVERED. NO ONE SENT ME PAPERWORK SO I COULD READ WHAT WAS NOT COVERED. After submitting a claim to be told it is WEAR & TEAR item, this was NEVER told to me nor did paper work get sent to me, I then got the recording and again they mention what is covered in terms that only a mechanic could understand, they NEVER say what is NOT covered. Very CLEVER!!! Be careful you are not duped as I was; be careful what you are paying for; be careful of the INNOVATIONS GROUP. All I can say is Thank you to Umhlanga Toyota for at least trying to come to the party unlike INNOVATION GROUP who do not care how women get duped. Shame on you! INNOVATION GROUP SHOULD HOLD THERE HEAD IN SHAME! BEWARE LADIES, MAKE SURE YOU ASK BEFORE YOU PAY, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND LASTLY DONT INSURE WITH INNOVATIONS GROUP UNLESS U WAN TTO THROW AWAY GOOD MONEY!
