I'm a member of the Astral Group with the Emerald product, i had an emergency on the 10-05-2013 when my pipes burst in the bathroom. i called into the Astral group and they assisted by contacting the Emerald group, and getting a plumber to come through and assist me within a space of 30min. i would like to thank Astral Group and the Emerald Group for there quick and efficient services... my wife is pleased that i made a wise decision to take up this product
