Bad Behavior, staff attitude

My name is Gugu, 078 333 8627, I was at Cambridge Isipingo on 21/05/2021 around 7pm, while paying my card declined, don't know why because i had enough money in my account, The lady that was assisting me was then annoyed, i told her that im going to have to use another card but i still need to a transfer while standing next to her, which wont even take a minute, she then i need to go and withdraw money, its already late she cant wait for me transferring, i then asked if there was any Absa ATM inside the shop she said to me she DOES NOT KNOW, okay she then took the 2nd card from my hand which i was going to transfer into, then she put the card inside the the speedpoint i told her that i have not the transfer so she must not put the card, then she said you dont transfer using the card you use the phone so why am i telling her that, then i said to her you said i must not transfer just pay cash its only R367. she then left me alone on the counter to do her shopping, one lady came which i think is the supervisor, asked what am i waiting for told her im waiting for thecashier,

Not sure of her name but i think is Khumbuzile, Cashier No is 523
