I subscribed for a Sunday Times beginning of November 2012, my subscription number: 646 7962, told the agent to please deliver the news paper every sunday for a year, as the subscription was meant to be a gift to my 63year old aunt. He never kept his promise, because not a single copy of the Sunday Times was delivered to my aunt's house. I called the Sunday Times offices, several times inquiring about the paper, on the 27th November 2012 I called them canceled my subscription, since they failed to deliver, I spoke to Gladys and she promised I would be refunded, but it never happened, I never got my R709, 00 back.
I called again on the 10th Jan 2013, spoke to Elizabeth, and on the 11th Jan 2013 spoke to Joseph, and they keep on promising to pay me, every time I call they say they have processed my request, but won't tell me when exactly I will be refunded. Everytime I call they want my details and pretend as though they are willing to help me, when in fact they are waisting my cell phone units, and stalling to pay me.
