I am a subscriber for many a year. My arrangement with the paper is delivery to take effect on or before 07h00 daily. The last two weeks or so the paper arrives AFTER 08h00 which is meaningless to me, I might as well discontinue the subscription. Several complaints to the paper seem to be of no effect, to the contrary.
