I received a email from NRC Risk to inform me that Eagelmoss (Jacklin Ent) has listed me at ITC due to outstanding money.
Firstly - it is not legal to list someone at ITC without following the correct procedures and protocols. Witch you haven't.
Secondly - Eaglemoss is the worst company that i have dealt with EVER! Your customer service is shocking.
Thirdly - Emails was send to your call centre explaining that i don't owe you any money, the last issue received was issue 12&13 and this was received on the 6of May and paid on the 7th of May. Your call centre (Dudu Dube) confirmed that she will clear my name as i haven't received the issue.
I haven't received anything after this, not statement, no phone call no nothing. Then you LIST me for something that i haven't received!
I am beyond furious, and trust me when i say that i will not leave this until i receive confirmation that my name has been cleared! You have no right to list people, and maybe, just maybe you should check the facts before doing something like this.
And after emails to managers yesterday, STILL nothing has been done!
