I find the service at Jacklin enterprises horrible. I received a call from a legal firm on Friday, 10 May 2013, demanding that I make payment for an outstanding amount
Apparently I owe this money, yet the first time I hear of it, is after I have been handed over?!
I find this shocking as I handle all my financial affairs quite diligently and find their process appalling.
I have not received any account from you that would lead me to believe that I infact owe you any money.
Infact the last time my son received books from you was June/July 2012. I now learn 10 months later, that you have decided to hand me over!? It is not illegal for you to do this without a prior account being sent to me!
I have sent emails to you to try and resolve this and to date have not received a response. The most shocking service ever!
