Instead of purchasing each issue from CNA I decided to subscribe online. BIG MISTAKE! I read all the information and noted that they say they do not deduct payment from your account until you have received your order. I received my first order before having to pay, but from then on I have had to wait for my order after they have deducted payment! On the23rd of December they deducted R159.60 from my credit card and to date I haven't received my order. I have just phoned them and after making an enquiry I was told "Sorry, we're out of stock"! I then asked when I was going to receive my order and was told they didn't know! This is totally unacceptable! Must I now go and buy the current issues I haven't received yet from CNA and pay for it twice or will they eventually send it to me? I have now cancelled any further subscriptions as I have had enough! After reading all the other complaints on HP I have come to the conclusion that in order to prevent further deductions from my credit card I will have to go to the extreme and cancel my credit card to stop them from doing so! IF ONLY I HAD READ ALL THESE COMPLAINTS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS DREADFUL COMPANY!
