I took out a drive to own type of contract with Blue Lakes last year (2012) the cars you see on the roads of South Africa with the branding that states "Drive a car from R499" and had no issues with regards to monthly refunds that were due to me which regularly gets paid to me by the 31st of every month, so I basically have been receiving all my refunds for the last 6 months, until this year March 2013, I have not received payment and the reason Blue Lakes states for non - payment is that I have uploaded my pictures of my vehicle incorrectly (These pictures must be uploaded on a monthly basis which is a requirement on my contract), I am extremely upset as I upload my pictures every month the same way, for the last 6 months and why is it a problem only now and why was I not informed initially.
I require my payment that is due to me as I have done my 2000kms for the specific month which is also a requirement.
