Blue Lakes SA - Pathetic Aftersales Service

When something sounds to good to be true it usually is...
My husband bought a car through Blue Lakes SA. He only pays R699 per month, and this is because he "advertises" for them. Each month you need to take take photo's of your car (Front, back, righ and left side, odometer reading) and submit it via Blue Lakes SA website.
This was done for May 2013, however due to there being a problem with Blue Lakes SA website the photo's that I submitted was never "captured" even though it showed on my side that it was... So what happened, the system duplicated the previous months photo's and now they are insisting that my husband pays the full amount the end of May 2013. We have both been trying to phone and email their customer care and the one person is as unhelpful as the other. Both my husband and I were told to email Kugan [Email Removed] needless to say NO RESPONSE. We would like the oppertunity to resubmit the correct photo's, but no one wants to help us and this is THEIR fault and not ours...
I want someone SENIOR from Blue Lakes SA to phone me or my husband IMMEDIATELY so that we can sort this out.
