I had purchased a Tata Indica 1.4 L in Junr 2012 and a presently paying R2407.00 per month together with with H.P and bank charges. The deal was to submit Five (5) photos of your car icluding your 2000kms covered for a rebate of /- R1200.00. This had been paid regurlarly until the end of 30 April 2013 when this had been stopped and after mumerous queries together with Blue Lakes head office and talking to people on this deal, it was realised that they had stopped paying from May 2103. At Blue Lakes, you ask for accounts and are put to a machine that records your voice mail and you receive no reply to your query.
It would be appreciated if this could be looked into
