Why did blue lakes unilaterally cancel the account? There is no reason for such cancellation and withholding of monies due to us as per the agreement. We had difficulties uploading photos in December due to blue lakes prohibiting us from entering the site. The result was that no pictures were uploaded. A printcreen of the error message was forwarded to one Amo, an employee of blue lakes with a description of the problem (not on our side) together with 5 photos indicating that we reached the required 2000kms for the month. A support ticket was booked on the blue lakes site however no one had the decency to correspond with us or to reply with an explanatory email. This month it is time to upload photos and again its impossible because blue lakes, in red writing on our profile, gave notice of the cancelation of the account. All this and we have never defaulted regarding photos or kilometres. This is definitely a matter that can be referred to the National Consumer Commission, the newspapers, any media investigating such matters and Hello Peter to boot. Client id: 5633
