No Delivery for 2 months

I would like to cancel my subscription for the Sunday Times due to the fact that i have not being receiving the nwspaper for two months. i have been debted for those two months. I would like my money to be refunded to me as I did not have the privillage of having the newspaper for two months. I am disappointed in your service.
