I spoke to you about the incorrect charge on my Telkom account in July 2013.
This same charge which was reversed a year before for being incorrectly charged to my number 0214478070 in 2012. I requested my number to be removed from your system so this would not occur again.
You ensured me my account would be credited at the end of August 2013. I now see I have been charged once again for subscription services R679.83. and not credited. You guys obviously employ competent accounts people.
It's pathetic Telkom just allows a 3rd party to charge accounts without any proof. I now have to fight with Telkom and Trudon to get my money back. Your actions are illegal.
Sort this out! I want my money back interest!!
