Despite asking Trudon / Yellow Pages several times in the last 2 months to correct our information on their website this has not happened. I asked for a meeting via email and 4 working days later have not been offered a date and time.
Yesterday I also went into the website and could not find our page and when I emailed and asked why did it not come up (with a screen grab) I did not get an answer either.
On several occasions in the last 3 months I have asked for explanation on the web stats (hits etc.) but to date no one has bothered so I don't know what value I am paying for.
I then clicked on the Twitter icon on the Trudon Durban page to tweet how bad they were - but guess what - it didn't work!! Needless to say I was not surprised.
I have encountered poor service from Trudon / Yellow Pages many times over the last few years and believe that if they did not have the Yellow Pages brand they would have gone out of business a long time ago. I certainly would not spend my ad spend with them if they did not have that product.
I have tried to cancel my web contract with them for the next year... lets see if they let me or even bother to get back to me.
