Trudon, Publishers Of The Yellow Pages
Unethical behaviou

In March 2012 a charge of R175 appeared on on Telkom account. On our Aug 2012 the amount increase to R 412.91. I had to go to the Telkom store, wait in the line for a long time, and a enquire was lodged. After many phone calls and visits to Telkom, I established that the charge came from Trudon for a listing in the Yellow Pages. I then started with calls to Trudon. After many phone calls I was played a recording of a phone call, where they spoke to one of our drivers, asking him a lot of questions about the business. At the end of the call they sneak in the question if they can carry on with the listing. He did say yes. I had to lodge a dispute. Ref 15871147. We were credited in October 2012. At the end of last year they started calling again to ask if they can resume the listing. I've told them NO, and that they should never call me again. I've received more than four calls from them, everytime I tell them not to call me again but they still keep on calling.
