I've been a loyal subscriber to home delivery of Beeld for at least 30 years. During the past 3 - 4 months the paper is either late or not delivered (and on special occasions delivered the following day). This past 6 days I have received 1 paper on time, 3 were not delivered and 2 were late. Despite various complaints to their customer care line and reassurances that the problem will be ESCALATED (!!!). This matter has still not been resolved and despite many reassurances and promises.
