The Sunday Times responded to my complaint on the 20/02 2013 and promised to contact me within 36 hours
It is now fourteen days later and no one has contacted me. Do you call that customer service? The service is getting worse in that i still receive the wrong edition but i use to get the Sunday Times Extra and without any notification i no longer receive even that. I still maintain that the Sunday Times is towards the Townships to the south of Johannesburg. They should reschedule their deliveries to satisfy the needs of their customers instead of making feeble excuses. We used to get the short end of the stick during Apartheid and nothing has changed in the new South Africa
