Prior experiences resulted in cancelling the service of Sunday times delivery. About 1 Month ago we decide to give it another shot after been contacted by the times. For the first month we have only received the paper once (Sunday edition) We have not even received a single daily issue as promised? This is not service I expect. I have contacted the call centre NUMEROUS times and the area manager has not contact me as promised. When I follow up on a Sun morning I am told deliveries are late and obviously the paper was not delivered like 2 years ago that made me cancel this service, With media so readily available online Sunday times cannot avoid this disappointing service. Ship up or be cancelled again!
