Complaint / review / scam report

Goeie dag,

Ek is baie teleurgestel in Beeld tot U Diens waar klagtes ingedien kan word rakende 'n produk. Ek het my klagte 11 November 2012 per e-pos ingestuur en net 'n "no-reply" e-pos gekry dat daar aandag aan my saak gegee word.

Ek het weer my e-pos opgevolg en gestuur op 13 Januarie 2013 en weer dieselfde e-pos gekry. Tot vandag toe is niks aan my klagte gedoen!!!

Hoe kan Beeld die diens adverteer as daar nie hulp is nie????

Ek hoop om 'n antwoord via Hello Peter te kry.....

Good day. I want to complain about Outsurance. I submitted a claim on 18 April 2022 for a windscreen that got hit by a stone. In the meantime we had rain and the wipers are now also damaged. I am struggling with Outsurance to settle this claim. It is more than two weeks now. I have send them a quotation from my car manufacturer witch has a two day waiting period, bur this is more than two weeks now. Please help. Regards Johan Britz 082 908 3341
