I had some problems last year with regards this Medical Insurance and eventually it was all sorted out to my satisfaction thanks to the assistance of Thando Qobose. Now had to submit some scripts for refund and did not hear whether they had received or not.and sent an enquiry this morning and so happy to see that within a couple of hours Thando Qubose responded to me personnaly - so she is obviously keeping to her word that she will always ensure I get prompt and efficient service - thanks Thando, you ahve always been prompt and efficient in assisting me.
