Does this company offer support?

Brand new "Kaboedel" digital subscriber - 15 magazines for R99/month - which is a great deal!

Signed up, started downloading onto my Apple iPad2 with the latest iOS loaded. Noticed that over and above the magazines I wanted, I also got something to do with Nelson Mandela and a novel by Ena Murray. I have absolutely zero interest in either, and as these publications take up significant space on my device I deleted them.

This deletion seems to have totally broken the MySubs because ever since the app auto closes after about 2 seconds and no other magazines can successfully download. The two items I deleted still show up.

I have logged this 3 times in 3 days on their contact form on the website, but am still awaiting... pretty much anything - acknowledgement of email, a phonecall, an email.

Sadly I think that this might be my last month's subscription - its fairly useless if I cant read what I bought.
