My Subs
No magazines been delivered on iPad

No You or Heat Magazine been delivered to my iPad for two weeks. Have these magazines been dropped?
No response to your customer service. And you app takes forever to download. Every time there is a new version all the magazines are lost and you have to download them again.
Really not happy.
