We have queried our account (REF 7118505) on numerous occasions with your customer care department both telephonically and via emails - We DID NOT order the service as there was NO CONFIRMATION by anyone on our premises that we wanted any advertising services in the yellow pages - In Fact it was EXPLICITLY conveyed to your consultants that the business was no longer and that a NEW OWNER was responsible for the account and authorisation - Now SIX months later there is a service billed to the Telkom Account that we NEVER confirmed ordering - Now it seems that noone can help us to get this amount REVERSED and the account Credited- Judging by the other complaints re: Trudon it seems its a typical modus operandi of your company- Its Plain outright UN-PROFESSIONAL to supply a service without CONSENT by the OWNER whether it is in WRITING or VERBAL - Its amazing that after the first complaint You still continue to operate your business that way - if I Conducted MY business that way... I would be OUT OF BUSINESS very quickly
