I am so glad someone has raised this issue. This morning, as at 12;46pm yesterday i had R107.94 worth of airtime. This morning 0.00. This is disgusting to think that Xcite can deduct peoples airitme just as they want. This is criminal and i wish that i can get my hands on these and make them pay. For months i too have been trying to deregister them but cannot. I dont know how they get your details but they just decide that one day they will take every cent worth of airtime you have. Can someone please help me to get all there contact details and if possible, their physical address as well.
