On the 15/11/13 I went to Masterprint/Masterink to do a letter head. When I arrived I went into the wrong entrance as I did not know, a guy with an attitude just told be to use the front door.
When I got to the front door I didn't even wanted to open the door, he treated me like a criminal. I told him that I wanted to a letterhead and he told me that they only print letter heads. What makes me sad also is I called before I could visit the company and I was told I could be helped with my request.
I was willing to give plenty business to the company because its near my work but unfortunately books are judged by their cover.
