No Stock, no assistance, bad attitude

I decided to take my family for a nice meal. We have not visited the Wimpy for some time as the last experience we were herded out the door as they wanted to close - could not even get a hot beverage after our meal... So today we returned to the Wimpy. My wife wanted a Ice Coffee to be told there is no Ice. We all ordered cream-soda, these were delivered with ice... My son wanted an ice-cream with sauce, choc bits and a flake, to be told we have no flakes. I asked to speak to the Manager and asked them to get a flake from the Spar next door (I would pay for it) to be told they may not purchase stock outside their suppliers... I told the Manageress I could not be expected to pay for bad service where things were not available as the drinks had arrived at the table, she said we need not pay and we left. On the way out I saw the owner and went to discuss the matter with him. He said I was being difficult, and that there was nothing wrong with his service or standards, he became very pushy and aggressive and I was not in the mood for his antics so we left and we will never again visit any Wimpy - ever. The Owner also said we were not welcome to return - SHAME ON YOU WHEN YOU ARE WRONG.
